INGREDIENTS: calcium carbonate (from oyster shells), spinach concentrate, ferrous gluconate, maltodextrin, stabilisers (microcrystalline cellulose, crosslinked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, gum arabic, methylcellulose), ferrous fumarate, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), humectant (glycerol), pteroylmonoglutamic acid, glazing agent (carnauba wax).

Recommended dosage

1 tablet daily to supplement dietary intake of iron and folic acid.
1 to 2 tablets daily for pregnant and breast-feeding women. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
